ANTIQUE JAPANESE KISERUZUTSU EDO / MEIJI PERIOD


A superb boxwood kiseruzutsu in the shape of a filleted dried salmon, a tonkotsu carved as a woven cane basket with handles on either side.
Carved in high relief with two crabs, a lobster, a fish on the outside. The cover with two fish facing.

A modern unused kiseru with a bronze tipped mouthpiece and bowl on a wood stem.
