A vintage beaten copper ink paste box, the cover decorated with a stylised coiling dragon.

The red ink paste is long past its usage, it has been left inside to maintain its authenticity.

Ink Boxes evolved into an art form to meet the demand.

As the use of ink paste boxes faded into obscurity they became highly collectable pieces.
